The Hypnotherapy Diaries

Welcome to Tranquil Space Diaries

A sanctuary for the stories beneath

You’ve found your way to a quiet corner of the web where energy whispers, memories stir, and healing unfolds in its own wild rhythm.

This space is part journal, part ritual, part rebellion against the idea that healing must be tidy. Here, I share reflections from my work in Reiki and hypnotherapy—alongside the messy, mystical, and sometimes menopausal truths that shape our journeys as women.

Expect stories that bare all. Expect cheeky reframes of taboo symptoms. Expect rituals that feel like home.

Whether you’re here for the science behind the subconscious, the softness of energy healing, or simply a place to feel seen—welcome. You belong in this sanctuary.

Let’s unravel gently, together. Tina Grace x

Holding Space for Anxiety: A Reiki Visit.

Today I visited a woman who’s been living with intense anxiety. We didn’t rush into healing. We sat and talked first — about how she’s been feeling, what’s been weighing on her, and what she hoped Reiki might offer.

That conversation was part of the healing.

Then I set up my equipment. Slowly, intentionally. Creating a space that felt calm, safe, and hers. Reiki isn’t just energy work — it’s about presence. About meeting someone where they are, without judgment or urgency.

Her anxiety needed calming. Her energy needed unblocking. So we opened all the chakras — gently, respectfully — to invite in healing energy. I worked slowly, listening with my hands and heart. As the session unfolded, her breathing softened. Her body began to release. Not all at once, but enough to feel the shift.

This is why I do mobile Reiki. Because healing doesn’t always happen in clinics or studios. Sometimes it happens in living rooms, with the kettle still warm and the dog curled up nearby.

I’m grateful she let me in. Grateful for the trust. And reminded, again, that anxiety doesn’t need fixing — it needs gentle attention.

The Beginning Beneath the Surface: My First Steps into Hypnotherapy

On 25 October, I began my hypnotherapy training with Tranquil Awakenings. I didn’t know anyone. I felt nervous. Everything was new — the process, the people, the space. But something in me showed up anyway.

And I’m glad I did.

Those first two days were full and grounding. We explored the science of trance, the ethics of emotional safety, and the quiet art of guiding someone inward. I felt stretched, curious, and gently held — like I was remembering something deep and intuitive.

There are still ten months ahead. Ten months of learning, practicing, and growing. But I’m not rushing. This isn’t about fixing. It’s about understanding. About showing up, one session at a time, and trusting the process.

I’ve always believed in the soft power of healing — the kind that doesn’t shout, but whispers. Hypnotherapy feels like that. A gentle invitation to meet ourselves beneath the surface, with honesty and care.

If you’re curious about this path — whether as a client or a fellow seeker — I’ll be sharing more as I go. For now, I’m simply grateful for the start.

The First Breath of Something Brave

I’m Tina Grace, and today marks the beginning of something deeply personal. I’m stepping into the world of hypnotherapy—not just as a student, but as a woman committed to creating safe, empowering spaces for others.

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of psychology and intuition. Dream interpretation, therapeutic hypnosis, and holistic outreach aren’t just interests—they’re tools I want to use to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom.

This diary will be my companion. A place to reflect, to bare all, and to share the quiet victories and vulnerable truths of this journey.

Let this be the first breath of something brave.

Today feels like the right moment to begin. Not with grand declarations, but with quiet honesty. This space is mine—to explore, to reflect, to bare all without judgment. I’m learning to listen more deeply: to my thoughts, my body, my intuition. There’s a softness in the air today, and I want to hold onto it. Let this be the first step in a practice of presence, healing, and truth.
